Director of Wind Developmet

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Direct development efforts of Wind projects from acquisition through to NTP

• Responsible for the management and maintenance of development budgets and task schedules

• Manage a small team of Sr./Jr.-level Project Developers assigned to portfolio wind projects

• Provide guidance and effectively collaborate with the Business Development team

  
  

• Ability to effectively present project plans and progress updates to the management team and project partners.

  
  

• Other duties as required 

Essential Skills/Experience:

• BS degree or higher

• 8+ years of experience developing Wind Energy projects through the entire development cycle, from project creation through to NTP 
• Strong team management skills, and proven ability to lead a small team of developers.

• Extensive experience with local, state and national permitting

• Ability to travel 20-40% to sites, dependent on project
