Job Title: Integrated Management System Specialist

Location: Suffolk (Hybrid working arrangements)

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus and benefits

The Role

As the Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a management system that aligns with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, focusing on quality, environmental, and health & safety systems. You’ll work across teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Skills & Experience

• Power Bi/ Integrated software system experience 
• Effective presenter and communicator, capable of addressing diverse audiences and engaging with regulators and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in regulated industries or major projects, with a degree or equivalent experience.
