Assistant Team Managers to support an Energy Customer Operations department in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
About the Role As an
Assistant Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Managers and their respective team with day-to-day activities. You will oversee operational activity, ensure performance targets are met, and advocate for your team within the wider business. Additionally, you will champion cross-functional collaboration and act as a customer advocate to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the Team Managers with daily task allocations and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Monitor business KPIs and reporting, analyse data trends, and suggest process improvements.
- Act as a customer champion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Handle escalations effectively, ensuring customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
- Provide coaching and support to team members in the absence of the Team Managers.
What You’ll Bring to the Team: - Experience within the UK Energy sector in a relevant operations/customer focused team.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
