Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be a key contact for managing account queries, supporting utility product rollouts, and delivering an exceptional experience to key clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve account and billing queries for key accounts
- Administer Change of Tenancies (COTs) within SLAs
- Support AMR rollout programs and data accuracy
- Coordinate internal and external communication for new product launches
- Provide reporting and attend off-site client meetings as needed

- Strong communication and Excel/Outlook skills
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Industry or account management experience (a plus)
