Consult Energy is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join a thriving Energy business, leading a small team of Senior Analysts, partnering with senior business leaders to drive performance, reporting on Gross Margin (£100m+) and Opex (£30m).
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to the business area leadership team.
• Lead accurate forecasting and reporting for Gross Margin, Opex and Balance Sheet items.
• Support strategic planning. 
• Provide expert challenge, insight and decision support to improve EBITDA and cash outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement, using tools to drive efficiency.
• Build and execute the team strategy while fostering team development.

What you’ll bring:

• Qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience.
• Proven leader of high-performing finance business partnering teams.
• Skilled at turning complex financials into clear, actionable insight.
• Confident influencer with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-changing, competitive markets.
• Prior experience in the Energy sector would be beneficial.
