We're not in the habit of over complicating things, we know what works and we do it well. A typical process looks like this:

It’s in our name for a reason. We will take the time to understand your needs and outline the fundamentals of your search, as well as the ‘standout’ qualities that you desire in each candidate, what the bigger picture is for the business and how the new hire fits into that plan longer term.

The search begins

We use a combination of headhunting, digital marketing campaigns and network referrals to open up both passive and active candidates that match your requirements.

The selection process

We screen all potential candidates over the phone so you only see the best of the best. Once we've got our shortlist, we'll send them.

The interviewing phase

To save you time, our team can conduct a video interview with the shortlisted candidate ready for you to review. We will ensure that all candidates are prepared, informed, and will relay back to you feedback so you know exactly how each candidate feels about the opportunity.

The negotiation stage

Every search is unique, and with that sometimes challenges may arise. We know it can be a fine balance in securing the top candidates from their current employer or getting them to agree the right salary. This is where our team of experts are there to offer support in negotiating and steering those tough conversations.


Once we have secured the placement, our work doesn’t stop there. We’ll liaise with you and the prospective candidate to ensure a smooth transition between the offer acceptance and start date. We'll manage the relationship with the candidate to make sure they stay excited about joining your company and help if any issues arise such as a counteroffer from their previous employer.
