Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Bury St Edmunds
  
Our client - who are a specialist Independent Connections Provider (ICP) in the UK – are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.  The role will play a key part in commercial management of Projects for the business from a quantity surveying perspective.
  
Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior QS and Commercial Director to product monthly project cost value reporting and analysis. 
• Ensure all invoice and project variation reports and analysis are captured, recorded, and fed back to stakeholders. 
• Managing subcontractor agreements and applications. 
• Cash flow analysis and forecasting. 
• Budgeting and reporting. 

  
Experience:

• Experience/interest in commercial finance/QS roles. 
• Highly commercial focused mindset. 
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. 
• Utilities/Renewables experience would be desirable, but not essential.

  
Location: Bury St Edmunds (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £28k - £35k
