Customer Service Team ManagerWe are seeking an experienced
Customer Service Team Manager to join an expanding domestic energy company. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service to over 300,000 customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop your team to improve performance and achieve customer service excellence.
- Manage the call centre floor to ensure work is handled efficiently and in line with business targets.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team support, escalations, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by driving the team towards achieving or exceeding KPIs and company targets.
Skills and Experience: - Minimum of 4 years management experience.
- Energy industry experience (advantage)
- Strong background in customer service.
- Flexible approach to working hours, tasks, and ad-hoc duties as needed.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands - Office based
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
