Metering Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious Metering Analyst to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for metering-related enquiries, handling registrations, new connections, smart and non-smart metering activities, and settlement processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve metering and settlement queries.
• Manage P272 upgrades and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure industry flows meet regulatory SLA’s.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of metering activities.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and manage electricity theft.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• Passion for customer service with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of supplier settlement and industry data flows in Energy metering.
• Ability to collaborate and meet targets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing third-party performance (MOPs, DCDAs, DNOs).

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
