Head of Commercial

Our client - who are a business who specialise in building and operating utilities infrastructure in the UK – are seeking a Head of Commercial to join their team on a permanent basis.  The role will play a key part in leading the commercial management of Major Projects for the business.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead on management of MU projects for commercial team.
• Investigate commercial procedures and training for various business contracts.
• Manage and sign off on project cash flows, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure PMs and Engineers are held accountable for their project margins.

 
Experience:

• Previous Commercial Finance experience.
• Experience in financial project margins, and project cashflow forecasting.
• Ability to manage commercial contracts and maximising project profitability.
• Utilities/Renewables experience would be desirable, but not essential.

 
Location: Sheffield Start Date: ASAP Salary: £55k - £70k
