Are you a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager looking to build strong client relationships and drive business growth? We are seeking a motivated professional to manage a key client account, ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth.
 
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a major client, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Your role will focus on building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client account.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure clients receive timely and effective service.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage projects that align with both client goals and company objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential new clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in account management, sales, or client services.
• Utility energy industry experience 
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and can build repour and relay direct information to client.
