We are looking for a Collections Agent to join a rapidly growing client of ours who are a commercial energy supplier with a focus on green energy. They are currently recruiting for a Collections Agent to be able to handle and coordinate collections processes with their customer base. Interested? Take a look below:
 
Duties

• Contact customers via phone and email to negotiate and arrange payment of debts.
• Analyse accounts to find root cause of non-payment issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to address and resolve customer queries.
• Provide customers with regular updates on account statuses.

 
Experience

• Previous experience in a credit, debt, or collections position.
• Strong communication skills.
• A desire to solve problems and work with internal and external stakeholders to identify best solutions.
• Energy industry knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.

 
Location – Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
 
Salary: £26,000
