I joined Consult in 2016 as a trainee consultant and have since gone on to become the manager of our Permanent teams. The culture of personal development at Consult has allowed me to work across a number of verticals, build new desks from scratch and progress into leadership. I have had the opportunity to watch Consult grow over the years and this has been great to see, despite a number of ups and downs in the market.
Working across the Perm team means that I get to speak to a variety of people day to day, from clients and candidates as well as helping our internal staff reach their potential.
