Project Developer (Solar / Storage) I CT I $100 - 120,000 DOE + COMMISSION ($200K OTE)

The role:

We have partnered with a growing 40-person C&I Developer in the Boston area who are looking to grow their development team having established a great pipeline of 1-10MW sites in the NorthEast.

Non-negotiable skills/ experience:

• Project development experience within solar or/and storage specifically
• Proactive sales mindset, unafraid of reaching out to open up project origination opportunities
• Project development experience for projects in excess of 500KW
• Willingness to be in the West Hartford office 3 days a week

Desirable skills/ experience:

• 2+ years developing renewable projects of 1-10MW
