EPC Project Manager

The Role:

As a key part of the integrated design-build team, the Project Manager for the EPC Team will drive engineering, estimating, contracting, and execution of utility-scale solar and BESS energy projects in California.

Our ideal candidate will have an extensive EPC Project Management background with at least 3 years of experience working specifically with utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Project Execution Plan is developed and implemented, trained, and proactively managed by the Construction Site Manager to prevent quality defects in the project

• Oversee construction with EPC, landlord, and tenants to ensure timely completion within budget

• Develop and manage the client relationship during the project lifecycle to collaborate, serve, and build a mutual and trusting relationship

• Bring the business development and construction teams together and lead the closeout process focusing on all critical aspects of the project and capturing lessons learned, project metrics, and considerations for future projects

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in EPC project management
• • 3+ years of utility-scale solar and BESS project management
• A degree from a 4-year college is preferable
