Consult Energy are working with a leading net-zero focused business who are looking for a Head of Bureau Services to join their team. if you are a Bureau Manager or a Head of Bureau Services looking for an exciting new role don't hesitate in applying for this opportunity.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bureau and validation services, ensuring high-quality client delivery.
• Lead the service delivery team, including mentoring and career development.
• Manage relationships with third-party partners, ensuring they meet service level expectations.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to meet client expectations.
• Analyse data to support client energy strategies and business growth.
• Drive new revenue streams, including water audits and bill validation projects.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Report on department performance to senior management via structured KPIs.

  
Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience managing a bureau services/bill validation team.
• An understanding of energy and water billing would be valuable but isn’t essential.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and IT skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Location: West Midlands (hybrid – 2-3 days/week in office)
