Job Title: Vice President - Engineering - USA

I began my journey with Consult Energy in August of 2021 as a Principal. After winning top biller of the year, I was soon promoted to VP in 2022! 

I would have to say my favorite part of working at Consult Energy USA is having the ability to run my own office. I am in charge of both candidate and client delivery. I have over 10 years of recruitment experience and have a lot of knowledge that helps me train and coach my team. It was here, at Consult Energy, that gave me the opportunity to lead and I’m thoroughly enjoying seeing my team thrive.

What I enjoy most about working at Consult Energy is the collaboration we have with one another. It's a very competitive industry but we don’t let that get in the way of working as a team. Everyone has the same goal and mission and we are all here to help each other out. I would say I am most proud so far of my ability to lead and motivate my team. I take real pride in leading by example. The best is yet to come!
