BRE was looking to hire multiple Technical Auditors C8. Finding people with technical knowledge around BREEAM is challenging as it is a niche skill set in an already challenging and competitive market. Finding people who are technically strong but also have the ability to interact with customers on a daily basis and have strong communication skills makes the pool of relevant people smaller.
What happened next?
We filled a number of assessment days where candidates who were successful in the first part were recalled for a one on one later that day with the hiring managers and offers went out to the successful candidates that same day.
Over a month, we filled multiple assessment days with candidates from a variety of backgrounds to give the client a number of options for their roles. In the end 14 candidates were interviewed and 5 candidates were successful.
