It’s that time of year again…Flowers and chocolates miraculously go up in price while everything is seemingly covered in love hearts all of a sudden. Yes, it’s unmistakably Valentine’s Day and love is well and truly in the air. And what better time to reflect on the reasons we cherish coming to work each day?

Whether you’re part of the back office team or a recruitment consultant, there’s no doubt that working in a sales environment can be intense – so it’s important to build an atmosphere that makes your team look forward to coming to work.
